Marissa

3MDR Vice-President Marissa Rose presents “Ska Street” on Saturdays and loves getting out to see ska bands with her family on the weekend. 
 
Marissa is an active member of local group “Mums of the Hills” (MOTHS). Marissa is proudly Autistic, and is a disability advocate. She’s a genetics nerd and has a passion for citizen science and science communication. She is a practicing Buddhist and loves to discuss everything philosophy, politics, science and music!

3MDR Secretary Chris has lived in Upwey with his family for 23 years. He worked in the community development team at Yarra Ranges Council for 13 years. Chris plays double bass with an acoustic blues trio. He loves the Hills and is honoured to be part of this iconic Hills institution!

Sue

3MDR Treasurer Sue has been living in Selby for over 40 years, working in various administrative roles, playing music, and volunteering in the community. She has held executive positions on the Burrinja Board of Directors and the Alex Legg Memorial Foundation. Sue is passionate about supporting local music.
