Phil has been involved with Community Radio 3MDR for 16 years, first as a volunteer, then as Station Manager for 11 years, and now again as a volunteer presenter and audio engineer. Phil now also delivers 3MDR’s new presenter training.

Ren has a background in the non-profit community services sector and brings training, governance, and marketing experience to 3MDR. Dr. Nat Grant is a creative producer and sound artist with more than 15 years experience across live performance, recording and broadcast, digital arts, and community arts. Nat is particularly interested in the power of sound and music as storytelling tools, and is invested in creating and maintaining community around sound making.
