The Committee of Management is the top level and currently includes President, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 ordinary members.
3MDR has two main subcommittees: programming and events. These committees are all made up of volunteers.
The HR subcommittee and Governance subcommittee are both formed when needed and report to the Committee of Management, as does the Station Manager and 3MDR’s Head Technician.
The HR subcommittee deals with employment and complaints.
The Governance subcommittee deals with policy and the B66 (renewal process for our broadcasting licence).
Tech subcommittee and sound engineer volunteers report to the Head Technician.
Volunteers, students, and the Engagement Coordinator report to the Station Manager.
