Audio Blast

Broadcasting from the volcanic soils of the Dandenong Ranges, Audio Blast is a sonic rollercoaster of epic mayhem. Mostly playing songs that are upbeat, get your feet moving, bang your head’ whatever, killer riffs, sick beats, with a few epic tunes thrown in to calm it down sometimes. Audio Blast will attempt to demonstrate how diverse sounds interconnect. Appreciating the different pathways of musical influences over time and space, considering how music has influenced social change and vice versa, whether it be sounds called reggae, garage punk rock metal hip hop soul industrial doof new wave goth rock alternative or crossover sounds, it’s really a chance for some groove bopping tunes game planned and blasted loud over the radio waves. *Community events, gigs, actions or ideas promoting positive social change and ecological survival are welcome.
